Resort Clubs will give you extended stays and visits to each destination,
providing more time to relax and enjoy life on your holiday, share more time with
friends or family & experience each destination we voyage to.
Exclusive luxury resorts with
vacationing homes, private residences, suites, estates, cabins, and
stateroom accommodations available by acquiring vacations in
minimum two week intervals that are for your annual use the lifetime of the
liner. The lifetime of our liners is projected at minimum of 90 to 100 years and more,
with a planned continued use thereafter.
Two week owner ship prices start
at $9,311.02 U.S. for a 200 sq. ft. cabin or suite, and go up to $165,609.76 for a
3,730 sq. ft. vacationing estate. From small to the largest there are a
great number of different sizes and prices available in between. Pricing
is based on the residence, and not by the passenger or person. Each
holiday residence has a maximum number of occupants that can be accommodated,
and in our price lists we show examples based on double occupancy. The
greater the number of passengers, the lower the average price per passenger will
be. All maintenance fees are included in the price of a stateroom, suite,
cabin, or estate. Like owning a condo where the condo fee is inclusive in the
price.
You will
have the option of eating at one of our fine restaurants onboard, preparing
your own in the comfort of Your property, chartering a chef to prepare meals
for you, or visiting one of the fine restaurants at one of our destinations.
Our exclusive luxury
resorts are designed to be the ultimate in luxurious travel. Ocean liner
cruises to exotic, interesting, and exciting places around the World including
our private Island escapes. If You would like to spend a longer period
traveling the World, we have
fractional owner ship in many different
fractions.

able to rent for 2 weeks form one of our business partners, or owning, and
renting your own. If you love to travel, the old saying - why rent
