Question :
Is there a reservation
deposit required ?
Answer :
NO
To reserve a property on board,
you only have to request a reservation of that property.
We are
confident that our clients have the intelligence to make a smart
decision, and realize the value in what they will be purchasing.
There is no
money asked for, and there will be none accepted until a purchase
and sale agreement has been finalized.
This is a
little different from cruise ship condo developments, or other
companies selling condos on a ship.
When a
property is reserved on our twin hull residential cruise liner, the name of the
client is placed on that particular address, or addresses.
This can be a
private resort residence, a home, a vacation home, a suite, a
stateroom, a cabin, a villa, an estate, a business property, or one of our luxury homes.
The first
client to reserve an address or addresses has the first right of
agreement to buy.
If the client
decides to buy, we enter into a contract with the buyer.
The contract,
like other condo development agreements, or resort developments, stipulates conditions of
purchase and sale.
At the time of
signing, there will be a deposit required.
These funds will be
put into an escrow account, and released when our obligations to the
buyer have been met.
We begin
building.
The terms of
our agreement are spread over the entire construction period, to
maintain consistent approval of buyers and owners.
If there are
any items that require attention throughout the building process,
they will be dealt with immediately to ensure satisfaction of what
was agreed upon.
We will not
ask for payment in full, until you have accepted the completed unit.
If you decline
acceptance, we reserve the right to cancel our entire agreement and
sell the property immediately to other buyers on our list.
This is fair
to both our purchasers, and our company.
We only want
to provide the best. |
