to have a rental unit managed?

You can manage the vacation
home rentals yourself, or for a fee, use our in house management
services.
Our cruise rental management fee
is 10%.
Cruise Resort Club management
fees look after registering clients in our security system, booking of the property, arranging transportation
for clients, stocking the kitchen, reserving leisure activities and shore
excursions, plus anything else that will make the stay for your
clients as perfect as possible.
These are a few of the restrictions at our
residential ocean liner exclusive luxury resorts that must be adhered to.
This is for the safety and
privacy of
all residents, passengers, and guests. As an owner or business partner, we
are sure you realize the importance and value of our strict safety measures.
If your potential clients are not interested in our registration process, we
prefer to not have them onboard. If they are willing, we welcome them. |
