Question
:
Can I purchase a
vacation home on board and rent it out?
Answer
:
Yes,
You have the option of purchasing a suite, cabin, stateroom, villa, or
resort residence and renting it out.
You have the option to purchase
whole ownership in a vacation home or fractional ownership.
You can do this personally or as
a cruise business. We do suggest you acquire the services and council of
an attorney, or qualified person to properly structure your
particular situation.
You decide on the
rental fees, and program you will offer your clients.
You can base your rental fee
on what current luxury cruise ship rentals are, or develop a
different income strategy.
As business partners in our
resort club, you and your clients have access to all our inclusive
features, and our private escapes.
As a partner you will have access
to our travel designers, agents, and exclusive dealer network.
You can manage the rentals
yourself, or for a fee, use our in house management services.
This is much like owning a condo in
Florida, or a condo in the Caribbean or California and renting it out, but the places you can
offer your clients to rent are these and many more.
There are a few restrictions at our
residential ocean liner exclusive luxury resorts that must be adhered to.
This is for the safety of
all residents, passengers, and guests. As an owner or partner, we are sure
you realize the importance and value of our strict safety measures. If
your potential clients are not interested in our registry, we prefer to not have
them onboard. If they are willing, we welcome them. |
