A private vacationing home with an open living room area, an L shaped eat
in kitchen, one bedroom and a three piece bathroom. This stateroom
has a full view system to provide views the same as portholes. The
kitchen has a built in stove and oven, a refrigerator, microwave, and
dishwasher. The living area has a plasma television, plus a built in
digital sound and video system. The bedroom has a captain style bed
with two rows of drawers around to store your clothing, plus a full width
closet to hang other apparel. The bathroom is a three piece unit
with a bath tub / shower, and across from this is another storage closet
that houses the combination washer / dryer. A nice size
place for singles or couples, and there are properties larger, if you
would like to have, or want more living area. |

Cruises can be rented on a minimum two week
interval. Lifetime ownerships for vacations are for 2 weeks every
year lasting the life time of the ocean liner. Fractional ownership
begins at 1/26 or 1/13 of a year and is available in many other fractions.
Business owner ships for regional or international travel / vacationing
/ cruising business, cost the same as other programs to own.
Different choices on owning a cruise like you would a timeshare only with
more choices than timeshares or timeshare programs. |

Amenities that will be available to all guests, residents, and passengers
include, extensive fitness facilities, a health sciences center, Provisions,
which is our grocery store, financial and business services, a shopping center
and art gallery on the promenade, a leisure and entertainment complex, including
