Each suite or
stateroom in our luxury resorts will have basically all of the components
that an estate or other residences have, the only difference will be the
size and number of standard components. The larger suites and staterooms
will have more space for these additional items. With our diverse
range of properties that will be aboard our liners, there is a good selection
of residence club property and selection of ownerships to choose from, to fit
the lifestyle You desire.
Activities
onboard and at our private destinations are included in the maintenance fees for
each unit. These inclusive features are exclusive to all of our residents,
clients, passengers and guests. If you are a golfer and a tee time is
available at the golf course, simply book it through Your computer and You are
reserved for going golfing. Entertainment facilities are available for use
by all, but there are a few limitations. Casino club gaming, special
performances, and movie theaters are not integrated in the fees and are pay as
You go. Scuba diving, snorkeling and water sports are integrated into the
fee structure. For divers, our health sciences center will have hyperbaric
chambers onboard in case the need arises to provide this type of service.
Pricing includes the use of or
access to other facilities in the complex, but does not include the cost of
goods or specialty services. Prices for cruises and ocean liner vacations
in our two week itinerary include the maintenance costs for owners. In our
vacation home ownership, fractional ownership, and cruise owner ship programs,
the costs are incorporated into the program purchase price.
We will have travel designers that can develop packages designed exclusively
around You and Your family or guests that best fit Your lifestyle, level
of comfort, and what You want to do while vacationing, traveling or living
aboard. Like a concierge, these designers will arrange every detail,
everything for you and your family or guests to enjoy and experience every
moment of leisure time You share together. From getting You to our
liners, stocking the kitchen, arranging shore excursions, destinations,
restaurant reservations, plus a host of other details, to getting You
back home. But we know You won't feel like leaving, because You
will have just experienced the best time of Your life and don't want
to leave. With our options to own, You may never have to.
