luxurious ocean liners containing a number of unique residences, suites,
staterooms, cabins, estates, & homes that are available on ten different
deck levels. Select estates, private residences, vacation homes,
suites, cabins, and staterooms are available by acquiring a fractioned
interest in occupancy at a fraction of the cost of acquiring a full interest
and maintaining.
These types of shared ownerships
actually began onboard boats and ships several hundred years ago, and we have changed
this concept a little as to how they were used on these ships and boats.
Instead of owning a portion for carrying cargo, you can own a portion of a
dwelling and use it just about whenever you like for traveling, a holiday,
residency, pleasure, or business purposes.
This type of shared or mutual
owning has been adopted by many industries and companies over the last 10 or
so years. You will find this particularly relevant in jets, and other
types of aircraft. The reason for this is the amount of use and costs
associated. Why would you own a jet or aircraft and only use it
periodically, yet pay for the total upkeep, when you can buy using it in
intervals that are convenient and only pay for what you are using? The
same holds true with us. You can buy one of our residential liner
properties for anywhere from $208,346.42 and up, or you can purchase with
Fractional Ownership.
Property prices start at $16,026.65 U.S.
funds, for 1/13 of a year that you can use every year in our exclusive luxury
resorts complex, and begin at $8,013.32 in 1/26 ownerships.
This includes all maintenance fees.
If you average the cost over 20 years, double occupancy,
Your 28 day cost per year, per person, would be $400.67, inclusive of
maintenance fees.
For a brand new residence club property, this provides a
great value compared to other programs. Timeshares / time shares,
are a good way of owning, but are generally
on a one week program, and are completely distinctive from fractionals.
If you look at this program from a timeshare perspective the cost would
start at $4,006.67 per week.
Deck level F and H, are both
exclusive luxury home levels, with homes just under the million dollar
range, to over 5 million dollar luxurized estates. Ranging in size, from
the smallest at 1,000 sq ft, to the largest at 6,100 sq ft +. There is
a choice of oceanfront or oceanview, or an inside unit with a lanai, or you can
have both.
Fractionals in our resorts
levels, are a variance to other owner ship programs. Ours are on a minimum 14 day
/ 2 week interval, providing a longer term for your leisure time.
Cruise
Resort Clubs are located on decks F H I J L M N Q R and V.
Vacationing and live onboard private residence club units are fully furnished,
complete with custom crafted hybrid kitchens and state of the art computer (s),
inclusive of high speed internet access, and an on board intranet.
Properties are available in
one, two, or three bedroom accommodations, and larger if required, with a
matching number of bathrooms depending on the size of the properties.
Numerous onboard amenities equivalent to a condo hotel,
and more, Including an Entertainment & Leisure Complex located on 2 deck
levels with facilities and a diverse range of leisure and entertainment activities.
Restaurants for
fine or casual dining, with a dozen distinctive dining venues, offering international
cuisine, all from one area, decks I and J aft in the resort levels, accessible
from connoisseurs corridor.
International groceries and supplies with 24 hour concierge
services will be available from Provisions, a place to go and shop for fresh
food, wine, beverages, frozen goods, with a bakery and delicatessen.
A Health Sciences Center for your medical care if needed,
complete with a pharmacy, emergency services, doctors offices, dentists
offices, optometrists, chiropractors, specialists, and other health care
professionals.

The shopping complex, which also
houses our art gallery is on the promenade deck and will contain various
stores with the finest products available for our residents and guests.

other wants, needs and necessities.
There are numerous
units with terraces / balconies, but if you choose one of
our estates without a terrace / balcony, you will still be able to observe
the outdoor surroundings with our integrated Full View Systems
installed in all units aboard as an inclusive feature.
Privacy, and controlled entry will be ultimate with our layered biometric security systems,
and there is no need to carry debit cards, credit cards, or cash while
aboard. This integrated system utilizes layered biometrics to positively
distinguish all of our residents and guests. This is also incorporated into the intelligent
automation systems for the utmost in convenience.
This is not a Cruise Ship or
Line, but luxurious technology enhanced, highly sophisticated twin hull ocean liners
with exclusivity, amenities and services better than you would find at even the
finest condo hotels. We are building all our Seven Wonders Of The Seas
with two parallel hulls that will give all owners, their family and guests
the ultimate in comfort. You can travel and take endless cruises or
vacations to different places in the world at various times of the year, and
choose where you begin your traveling plans. Unlike timeshare which
generally operate on a weekly basis, our endless vacations and cruises
programs operate on a minimum two weeks. Differing from timeshares again, our
fraction program, extends this into longer periods.
If You want to escape the
winter, snow and cold for a few months, or to the other extreme, the heat,
hurricanes, or wet weather for a while every year, this is the best place to
do this. You can pre arrange an annual schedule to vacation or live
onboard, and escape to where the climate will be a little more comfortable
than other parts of the world at certain times of the year, especially
winter. If you have plans for retirement, but don't want to stay away
too long from home or family, you can plan your retirement easily, knowing
when and where you will be retiring each year for a set annual Interval.
Another great feature, is the
ability to choose where You will be living, or travel during your stay. The
Caribbean islands, the Bahamas, the Mediterranean, Europe, South Pacific
island paradises, Australia, at sea, Hawaii, Florida, Costa Rica, tropical islands,
or all of the above and more. As well, you will be able to visit the same places each year,
or alter where you want to be. No matter what age you would like to retire, or what

Once you own, the costs of living or
vacationing aboard will be just like if you owned a property on land, but the
maintenance fee is included in our prices. There are no property taxes
like condos, or apartments on land. Our

The building of our initial liner
EXPERIENCE, is planned for completion 2009, and the maiden voyage shortly
