A resort residence club at sea,
aboard our luxurious ocean liners with luxury residences available in fractional
ownership programs. There are only four different sizes of homes for sale
on this deck level, however the size of the home can be increased if You buy an
additional unit in the same block.
One bedroom and bathroom to two
bedrooms and bathrooms. There are larger properties on other decks,
depending on what You prefer in an exclusive private residence, and your
lifestyle investment.
The smallest suite on this level
is similar in size to average suites in hotels, the largest is similar in size
to that of a small condo, or smaller apartments. Our programs are
comparable in some aspects to timeshares, but are definitely not timeshare.

If You averaged the cost of
one of the 325 sq ft suites in our 1/13 fractionals program over a 20 year
period, the cost for the first year would be $801.33, including maintenance fees. This would give
you
roughly a month of living onboard, (28 Days) with the use of all our inclusive
features, plus the benefit of travel to all of the exotic and exciting
destinations during that time period. Based on double occupancy,
this would be $100.17 per person / week, or about $14.31 a day.
Food and beverages are
additional to all prices. Each suite, stateroom, estate quarters on
this deck includes a kitchen or kitchenette, furnished with appliances if
you want to cook your own meals now and then, or you will be able to order
what you want from hotel services. Our main restaurant facilities
are located on decks I and J in the aft section on connoisseurs corridor.
Other smaller restaurants and eateries are located in different areas
onboard.
We also have staterooms and
cabins for vacations, business, and cruises from a minimum of two weeks, or
fractional vacation ownership for longer periods of time. These
properties can be used as vacation homes as well with our cruise owner
ship program. This owner ship program is for periods of two weeks every
year for the lifetime of the ocean liner. If you averaged the cost of this same property over 20 years in our two
week shared owner ships, this would be $400.67 for the two weeks.
Based on double occupancy, this would be $100.17 per person / week, or about
$14.31 a day.
