visit and explore. Use your property for vacations before you

is not the only option, you can use your unit for business purposes, share
your annual use with family or friends, the choices are endless.
This is not a cruise
ship or condos on cruise ships, but more luxurious and with more standard
amenities or features compared. There are 136 properties for sale on this
level with twenty five different sizes. Each residence club private
home is being built for owners who want to experience more from life,
and are inclusive of many unique integrated features.
Fractional ownership
at our resorts, have an array of choices. Exclusive homes and luxury
estates for sale on this deck level vary in size from 1,000 sq. ft. to 5,825 sq.
ft.. Seventy percent of these estates are oceanfront / oceanview,
30 percent are located on the interior and still have a view of the
ocean, right from the integrated high definition plasma monitor in each
home. The outer luxury residences are inclusive of private terraces
that are 20 feet deep and span the entire length or width of the residence.
The corner estate properties central in the complex on the
perimeter, feature both oceanview and garden view for the best of both
worlds. |

For second homes,
our exclusive ownerships and programs provide You with an ideal way of owning a million dollar
property without all of the costs incurred from owning the property and only
living in it part time.
Fractional ownership prices listed are for 1/13 of a year but are
available in many other fractions as well. Additional fractionals
available from our resort clubs are on decks F I J L M N Q R V.
Decks F, L and V are estate levels the same as this one, and decks
I J M N Q R, are our resorts levels.
A wide selection of
size, floor plans, locations, and pricing. One of the best parts of our
program is the option of places where You can live, take vacations, or go
on cruises. Live in the Caribbean for a couple of months every year, or
the Mediterranean. Take a vacation to Hawaii and the Hawaiian islands, or
tropical islands in the south pacific, or enjoy cruises to all of these
destinations and more. Choose Your favorite place to visit and go there annually or
choose different places.
Another program exclusively from us, are
the options of volunteering to perform humanitarian services while being
onboard. These can range anywhere from helping to clean up our environment
to helping others in any way you can. Go scuba diving or snorkeling and
help clean the oceans while you are enjoying the wonders of the seas. Use
your knowledge to educate others in your area of expertise so they can use
this knowledge to make things better for themselves, their family, and others. The
possibilities may be beyond what you could imagine, and a life experience
