This footprint of
level F plans shows the rough layout of where each property location is by
address in this part of the resorts complex. Luxury cannot even
begin to describe what these residences include, and this footprint plan
cannot show you the real scale or size of each estate. Exclusive
takes on a whole new definition, considering the lifestyle you will be
living, and places around the world you can live, travel to, or vacation.
The estate homes on this level will be anywhere from 1,200 sq ft, up to 6,100 sq ft. Most
estates have an ocean front view, and are located oceanfront, but there are
estates with views of the indoor park as well. No matter where we cruise
to, each home is inclusive of a full view system that will give you almost
the same views as if you were looking out a window or porthole.
Our private resort
residence club is completely distinctive from others, our shared owner
ship options are unique, our cruises or vacations will be the best.

The best way to travel and see
the world will be onboard one of The Seven Wonders of The Seas luxurious ocean
liners. Compare our luxurious properties to other properties for sale or lease
around the globe. You can compare condos, apartments, hotels, and
even other styles of shared owner ship programs, including timeshares.
Fractional ownership of one of our international
homes provide a unique yet distinctive way to share owning a
residence from us that are different from what you would find at the
finest hotel, condo, apartment, or timeshare development. The
cost of building these units is equivalent to a high class
land based unit, but what you get in return is much more. There is no condo fee,
and no property tax.
One of the items
that has been designed
for extensive use in our twin hull liners that can be obtained for a land based
property is solar power. This is just one type of alternative energy we
have integrated into each liner complex that is beneficial to residents,
guests, and our environment. Solar panels will be installed on every
available surface to produce electricity from the sun, and help fuel our
main power distribution system. This renewable energy source from
the sun makes sense, as we will be located where it is usually sunny and
warm. It is usually warm and sunny in the Caribbean, Hawaii, the
south seas, the south Pacific, the Mediterranean and other places we will
be traveling to. Energies derived from the sun does have a cost, but
these costs are not directly related to available supply as other fuels
are. The costs of these renewable energies are reflected in our
inclusive maintenance fees. This is another of the
exclusive features designed into our luxury resorts that look toward the
future.
Fractional ownership with
us gives you the option of a second place to live that is either local,
regional, or international. Your owner ship will be shared among
people that share the same interests as you, want a place to live where
there is privacy, security, comfort, and convenience.
Where else could you find a million
dollar or multi million dollar home to own that has so much
to offer ? You can own a fraction at a fraction of the cost.
