14 day annual use starts at $9,311.02, and one month annual use starts from $18,622.05.
Average prices for owners from $116.39 per
passenger for a week, based on our minimum of two weeks and number of
passengers in a stateroom, cabin, or suite. Pricing on vacations
or cruises are averaged on a twenty year term and are inclusive of
all maintenance fees.
Suites, cabins, or staterooms you own the
lifetime of the ocean liner, which is projected to be between 90 and 100 years
and more. Similar to timeshare only very different
from timeshares and other mutual interest programs.
Fractionals listed above are for 1/26 or
1/13 of a year every year, and are available in many other fractions.
Shared owner ship in our residence club lasts the life time of our residential ocean liner.
