located one level from the promenade deck, and our shopping center / art
gallery. A new type of luxury resort with new programs for cruising or
vacationing that are unique.
You will be able to go cruising
anytime, or with our shared owner ships, own vacationing residences and go
anytime every year.
A selection of state room
accommodations with different sizes and interior layouts. Outer staterooms have
port hole windows, and inner suites have full view systems, that provide views
similar to that of port hole windows.
One bedroom, up to three bedroom
accommodations with various sized bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, and living
room areas. Private use or business.

Cruises from $118.31 per passenger
per week for owners of property aboard, based on our minimum of two weeks
and number of passengers in a cabin, stateroom or suite. Pricing on
vacations or a cruise are inclusive of maintenance fees and are
averaged over 20 years. Prices do not include food, beverage, air, or land
transportation services, but these can be arranged by yourself, from an
agent, or have a travel designer make arrangements for your trip.
Vacation ownership of cabins, suites,
staterooms that last the lifetime of the ocean liner which is
projected to be between ninety and a hundred years +, starting at $9,465.10 for
a 14 day annual period, including maintenance fees, and traveling up to
$38,773.09. This will give you 14 days of shared or partial owner ship annually.
Although similar to timeshares, these are not the same as a timeshare. The
inclusive fee feature is like owning a condo, with no condo fee. There are no
property taxes, and no hurricanes.
Fractional ownership listed above is
for 1/13 of a year (28 Days) partial owner ship in our residence club at sea, priced
from $18,930.19 for a 200 sq ft unit, to $74,246.92 for a 950 sq ft, and
again lasts the life time of the ocean liners. Plan your annual
destinations in advance and visit the same place, or choose a different
destination.
There will be many exclusive
features and unique standard amenities in each residence. Many items are
included in the pricing of our luxury resorts at sea. Golf, water
sports, scuba diving, entertainment and leisure activities, and more.
Our onboard health sciences center
complete with a pharmacy will be able to treat most health related items
if needed. The integrated technology features in each property aboard and
throughout each complex will make things more convenient for all
travelers. There is shopping on the promenade, and a casino for a
little fun or diversion in the entertainment area. Explore the
beautiful pristine islands and beaches, or lay on the beach under a palm tree, relax,
and enjoy life.
Our clubs will offer what we believe to be the best options of an escape
to live while on a holiday or living away from your main home. You will be
able to travel in comfort and style onboard what will be the most
luxurious liners, and visit exciting places in the Caribbean islands, the
Mediterranean, the south seas, private island escapes in the South
Pacific, plus many more global destinations.
Homes on decks F, H, L, and V with larger
accommodations are available in fractionals if you are looking for a
second or third home. If you want to live onboard full time in one
of our homes we have penthouses, estates, and estate quarters anywhere
from 325 to 6,100 + square feet. You can compare our properties to others
for sale around the world, from condos and apartments to the most
luxurious properties on islands, but You will find our property offers the
best compared to other places for sale. The price listed for each unit is
building based, and is subject to change. Our planned maiden voyage
for our initial liner is 2009.
