Deck Plans

Beginning in 2009, owners will be able to cruise aboard our residential luxury liner for $145.13 a week per passenger, in one of our 250 sq ft suites. This will be based on our minimum of two weeks, and number of passengers in a stateroom or suite.  Pricing on vacations or cruises with Cruise Resort Clubs are inclusive of many features that are different than what you would find on other ships. Each unit is complete with a kitchen or kitchenette, a computer system, and furnished in the finest designer products.

Although allot of the staterooms look to be the same on this footprint, each is distinctive from one another. The floor plans or layout may be similar as well but the interior design and finish in each unit is different. The appliances vary is size and capacity depending on the size of the kitchen.  Small cabin size units will have a smaller refrigerator and cooking appliance than a larger estate that will have a double door refrigerator and a four burner stove as compared to a 2 burner. The cabinets are unique in each unit as well, and designed for functionality as well as convenience.  This is all reflected in the price and relative to the type of accommodations.

Level M Prices

The largest places to stay on this level are located on the aft corners of both starboard and port side of the twin hulls. A huge living space of over 3,200 sq ft, with the exclusive feature of a wrap around corner terrace that will offer fabulous oceanfront views from any room.  The smallest place to stay is 250 square feet, but is designed and being built to provide as much comfort and convenience as possible.

One bedroom and bath accommodations for singles and couples.  Two bedrooms and bathrooms, three bedrooms and bathrooms, or four bedroom and bathroom accommodations for family.  A choice of inside or oceanfront.

Vacation homes, with ownership choices of suites, staterooms, cabins, or estates that you own for two weeks every year, and last the lifetime of the ocean liner, which is projected to be between ninety and a hundred years and more. Pricing for this type of shared owner ship at our ultimate resorts, starts at $11,610.01 for a 250 square foot unit, and go up, scaleable to what you want.

Fractional ownership prices in our private residence club, are priced from $11,610.01 to $23,220.03.  Fractionals listed above are for 1/13 of a year owner ship, and again lasts the life time of the ocean liners.  This is close to what you would find available in other types of fraction programs, but our program is the only one that offers travel as part of the package, and the only place where you can escape and have access to so many places around the world you have a shared investment in.  Available exclusively through our program.

There will be many built in features and exclusive amenities standard in each residence, and many items included in the price of all our luxury resorts on the sea.  Snorkeling or scuba diving at beautiful pristine islands is included.  White sand beaches to relax on and enjoy the sun or shade of a palm tree.  Country club golf courses, private lakes, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, water biking, bird watching, and many other things to do.  Entertainment and leisure activities from tennis to basketball, a casino, golf, water sports, bowling, and more.
