Cruise prices for owners from $110.43 per passenger for a week, based on our minimum of two weeks and number of passengers in a stateroom, cabin, or suite.  Pricing on vacations or cruises are inclusive of maintenance fees and are averaged for owners.

Share owning like timeshare, but very different from timeshare. 

Endless vacation ownership of suites, staterooms, cabins, or estates is for 2 weeks (14 days annually), lasting the lifetime of the ocean liner which is projected to be between ninety and a hundred years.

Fractional ownership shown is for 1/13 of a year (28 days) owner ship in our residence club, and again lasts the life time of the ocean liners.  There are many other fractions available.

There will be many inclusive features and amenities standard in each residence, and many items included in the pricing of all our luxury resorts either at sea or at one of our exclusive escapes. Scuba diving, snorkeling, tennis, basketball, beautiful pristine islands with beautiful beaches, entertainment and leisure facilities, Spas, a casino club, golf simulators, golf courses, water sports.  Our on board health sciences center with a pharmacy, plus all of the integrated technology features in each property aboard are there for convenience and comfort.

Our clubs will offer what we believe to be an ideal place to live while on a holiday or living away from Your main home, or there is also the option of making this your principal address.

Travel in ultimate comfort and style aboard the worlds most luxurious liners, visiting exciting places from tropical islands in the South Seas, the South Pacific, or the Caribbean, to destinations in the Mediterranean, America, Canada, Europe, the Bahamas, Hawaii, plus many more global destinations.

Vacation homes with larger accommodations are available in fractionals on decks F, H, L, and V if you are looking for a second home, a winter escape, or a retirement living option.  If you want to live onboard full time in one of our homes, we have penthouses, estates and estate quarters the size of a cabin, a condo, a mansion, or a palace.

You can compare our properties to other places for sale around the world, from condos and apartments to the most luxurious accommodations on islands, but you will find our property offers the best, compared to other places for sale, rental, or lease.

We will have travel designers / agents, that can design your traveling needs.  Everything from setting up flights and transportation, to making sure the kitchen is stocked with your favorite foods.  These designers will be like a concierge, having the ability to obtain and orchestrate all of the elements needed to develop perfect cruises for you and your spouse, partner or family.

We have business opportunities for people or companies to own and operate a property, or group of properties onboard, and develop their own cruise business as our partners in various regions of the world.  Properties aboard are available to those wishing to get involved with our international venture and developing a firm with income potential.  This can be regional, internationally or global.

On this level, in addition to the resort residences, our selection of restaurant facilities will be offering endless flavors from around the World. A dozen distinctive restaurants for casual or fine dining bundled into one area, accessible from deck level I or J aft on connoisseur's corridor.

An exclusive feature of our luxury resorts is the freedom to choose what type of dining You want and where You want to dine. We will have over a dozen unique facilities for fine or casual dining, a number of smaller eateries at different locations onboard, including Competitions Lounge and Sports Bar. The main place onboard for choice however is Culinations Restaurant area, where You can choose from more than 12 different types of international cuisine, all at one location.  Two of these establishments are The St Croix, and The Seas.  The St Croix is for the adventurous.  The Seas provides cuisine from the sea.  The other 10 are, Caribbean, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Greek, German, French, British, and North American.

You can charter a chef and have meals prepared for You in the comfort of your stateroom.

You can order food or beverages and have the hospitality services deliver these to your suite.

You can purchase food items from the onboard  grocery store and prepare the meals You want.
