Cruise ship condo,
and ocean liner luxury residences are distinctively different in many
aspects. A residence at sea, specifically built on a ships
hull has only been accomplished in the past 5 or 6 years. You will
find there is currently, only one boat in the world like this, and now
there are other condo ships or boats designed, and planned, for this
purpose.
But ours are being built, and very very different. |

The concept of
living onboard luxurious liners in a residential complex at sea, designed for this
specific purpose, was first developed by our group in early 1990.
Our development group has constantly improved upon this concept ever since.
We have added services, larger accommodations, more inclusive amenities, additional
features, exclusivity, and a very sophisticated infrastructure. These two
types, are world's apart from one another.
Today's technology vastly
improves upon what was available just a few short years ago, and will
consistently improve on the available technologies we enjoy today, thus
constantly making our service, comfort, quality, and convenience better. |

What is The Difference ? |

We are
building our residential liners with twin parallel hulls, for more than double the comfort. Our resort
residences will come inclusive of top of the line furnishings, designer appliances, custom
crafted cabinetry, custom kitchens or kitchenette (galley), a matching
number of bathrooms to the number of bedrooms, depending on the size.
Floor plans of each suite / stateroom / cabin / estate
/ villa, vary in layout to suit various owners. The size of suites / staterooms / cabins /
estates / villas, vary substantially, depending on what you and your spouse or family require.
Our smallest is 200 square feet, and our largest in these accommodations is
6,100 sq ft or more.

owning with our fractionals start at $8,013.32, including maintenance fee. There
are no property taxes to worry about.
There is the option of owning a private resort residence from two weeks at
a time for family vacations or cruises, fractional ownership from 1/26 of
a year and up, to full, or whole ownerships. Fractional ownership is
not limited to the resorts area of our development, but is also available in the
resident areas of decks F, H, L, or V, and for business. This
provides You with a home on board for the length of time you want to live
aboard, without the full cost of maintaining the unit. The costs of
maintenance and residency are shared with all the owners, and included in the
price. |

The exclusive
features and on board amenities available to club members include a health
sciences center, a pharmacy, an entertainment and leisure complex, a casino,
a selection of 12 casual or fine dining restaurants on connoisseurs
corridor, plus other restaurants and eateries, world class spa and fitness
areas, layered biometrics for security and other integrated components, a
shopping center and art gallery on the promenade, a special events area /
community center, night clubs, 24 hour concierge service, banking,
investment, and business services.
Everything is brand new, the flooring, the cabinets,
the furnishings, the interior finish, the doors, the fixtures, the
technology. There will be a building period of approximately 24
months to build our twin hull liners, and the first being built has a planned maiden voyage
itinerary in 2009. This gives interested parties a period to consider
their options of where they will live, retire, and plan their future.

Our choices and
options in ways you can own a property are brand new, original, and unique. We have
expanded the concept of fractionals which actually began on boats many
years ago, invented, and developed a unique way to own second homes or vacation
homes.
We have extended what you would normally find in timeshares /
time shares of condos from one week, to our programs that begin at a minimum of two
weeks. We have changed the normal concepts of cruises and vacations
to be more flexible, where you can go once in a lifetime, or with one of
our vacation home shared ownerships, go each year for a lifetime.
