Cruise Owner Ship
™ is a way of owning and
operating a cruise business onboard one of our new twin hull luxurious liners.
This resort owner ship program is new, versatile, scaleable and exclusive to our
luxury resorts.
Suites, cabins,
staterooms, and vacation homes can be purchased by persons, or companies and
developed as a resort business that offers cruises and vacations locally,
regionally, internationally or global.
This can be in
one region of the world, various regions, or all regions of the world we travel
to by utilizing the flexible ownerships we have available.
Vacation homes, residences, suites, or staterooms we have for sale, can be
acquired on a full time ownership basis, on a fractional ownership basis, or
ownerships of two week intervals. They can be acquired to operate cruises
and vacations only in the United States, the Caribbean islands, the
Mediterranean, Europe, or Hawaii, South America, and other regional areas, you
can pick and choose a group of areas to operate in, or you can select to be
global. You can choose the time of year, and seasons that you prefer.
As an international venture the type
of cruising or vacationing product will be relative to the type of property that
is used. There are properties on ten different levels of our private
residence club available. Everything from 200 sq ft staterooms, to 500 sq
ft suites, to luxury residences ranging in size from 1,000 to 6,100 square feet.
A place the size of a cabin to places the size of apartments or condos.
The choice of properties that can be
used in a venture are numerous. The choices of what can be offered to
people looking for a private and quality place to escape are endless.
This opportunity is exclusive to
the resorts aboard our residential ocean liners. As each ocean liner is
added to our fleet, the businesses operating onboard can expand if they want.
Cruise Business
Another choice in this program is
the option to share owning a residence to live two weeks every year. This
is only available in property on deck level V. |
