Fractional
ownership in our resorts, estates, and residences are available to share owning
from 1/26 of a year (14days) and up, where time shares are commonly in one week
periods. In this instance there would be 52 owners in the timeshare, and
only twenty six in our residence club, giving the owners in our private
residences a greater sense of community and pride in being a member of cruise
resort clubs. Our unique owner ships enhance this again, by staying at the
places we visit longer, allowing you to relax and enjoy life at a more leisurely
pace.

estate locations, others not so great. Our residential cruise liner is located in all the
ultimate places, not just one of the best destinations, but most of the best
destinations around the World. A quality of our ocean liners that raises

escapes, our sophisticated infrastructure, our advanced technology, our quality
amenities, and this is the ultimate home destination. There are condos,
apartments, and hotels located in various international areas. Condos on the
oceanfront, apartments with an oceanview, or hotels on an island. We have
oceanfront, oceanview, and will be cruising to many islands and international
regions.
You can vacation in the Caribbean
one year, Hawaii the next, travel to the South Pacific, Tahiti, Fiji, or take a
Trans Atlantic voyage. Travel to the Mediterranean, Italy, Portugal, or
visit Florida, the Carolinas, New York, South America, Chile, Costa Rica,
Hawaii, south Pacific islands or California. Endless vacations and cruises
with a flexible owner ship program. As the seasons change, and the World's
weather changes, we adjust our itinerary accordingly and journey to a place
where the climate is better.
Prices from $8,013.32 U.S. for
1/26 shared ownerships, (14 Day), plus onboard living expenses for your home.
Utilities will be metered to give You the exact costs while you are a resident,
or guest in one of our vacation homes. Shared ownerships, of one month, or
for as many months as you want, every year for a lifetime. Take
them all at once or split them up and use them at different times of the year.
You can utilize your property as a second place to live, and living only at a
destination you prefer. As second homes, you will be able to live in various
regions, or select the region you prefer. All of our itinerary programs begin at
minimum of two weeks for vacations or cruises. With this type of program the
choices are more flexible, and are catered to meet the desires of the property
owners.
A fraction of the cost, compared
to other ways of owing. We stay at places when there are no hurricanes.
There are no residential property taxes or condominium fees.
There is a grocery store, a
complete hospital, a shopping center and art gallery, spas, an entertainment and
leisure complex, a business services center, and many other features to make
living onboard very comfortable and convenient.

parallel hulls like a catamaran to provide you and your family the most comfort
